No symptoms of Covid, still requesting a Covid test:
We will likely use the State Hygenic Lab test, once swab obtained, we will drop it off at UPS. Patient will have to register online with the State Hygenic lab to get the results, and it may take 3 to 5 day to get the Covid test results. We will charge $10 for processing. We ask for patients to notify us of their Covid test results so that we can update their medical record.

If you want to test yourself for Covid at home, and you agree to drop off the swab at UPS and register with the State Hygenic Lab (to get your test results), we can give you a free test to take home!

PRESCRIPTIONS:

WE DO NOT CARRY, DISPENSE OR PRESCRIBE NARCOTICS OR OTHER CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES.

We are linked online with most pharmacies, so we can send in your prescription to your pharmacy when we see you.

Whenever possible, we will use the lower cost formularies from pharmacies such as Walmart Pharmacy.

The usual cost per acute condition prescription with the Walmart Pharmacy low cost formulary (such as an oral antibiotic) is $10 to $30. Some oral antibiotics can be more expensive.

Some medications used to treat Chronic Illness (if using the Walmart Pharmacy low cost formulary) can be $5-$7 for one month of treatment or $10 – $15 for 90 days of treatment . Some are more expensive.

You will have to pay the pharmacy for your Acute or Chronic illness prescriptions, using cash, a debit card or you will have to submit your Health Insurance information to them.

No insurance?  We take CASH!  

Payment is due at the time service. 

We also have Square Mobile Card Reader, so you can pay with cash, or with your Debit Card, your Chip enabled card,  Visa, Mastercard or Apple Pay.
