Roger Barillas ARNP is ANCC Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner with 20 years experience.  

A local, Clear Lake IA resident for the last 10 years. 

Has ACLS, PALS, BLS certificates.  

Fluent in Spanish

Graduated from the University of Iowa Family Nurse Practitioner program with a Bachelors degree and Masters degree.

He has practiced at local clinics in the last 10 years and for 10 additional years near Iowa City, IA, prior to that. 

US Army Veteran, provided care for soldiers initially as a Combat Medic, Xray Technician, Emergency Room/ICU RN and, for the last 20 years, as a Family Nurse Practitioner. When mobilized, assigned as a Family Nurse Practitioner to care for soldiers in field settings, troop medical clinics and military hospitals.
